With a budget of Rs. 7 crore at one’s behest, it’s a cakewalk to make a medium budget movie with newcomers. But, the same budget was doled out by Ashwin Varde and Murad Khetani to buy the Hindi remake rights of a Telugu blockbuster.
We are talking about the Hindi remake rights of Vijay Deverakonda’s career changing blockbuster ‘Arjun Reddy’. According to the buzz, the producers bought the remake rights for Rs. 7 crores. Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s brother is the producer and he must be the happiest guy for believing in his brother and investing on Sandeep’s debut directorial ‘Arjun Reddy‘.
Sandeep Vanga will be helming the Hindi remake version of ‘Arjun Reddy’ starring Shahid Kapoor in the lead. The other details of the film are yet to be confirmed. Meanwhile, Sandeep and the producers are working on the script for the Hindi version making some changes to suit the sensibilities of Bollywood audiences.
