Reliance Jio has introduced an artificial intelligence (AI)-based brand engagement platform named – JioInteract with features that include video calling centres, video catalogue and virtual showrooms.

This new platform claims to be the first AI-based live video call service that features Indian celebrities. To kick-start, Jio has on-boarded Amitabh Bachchan, who will promote his upcoming comedy-drama film ‘102 Not Out’ through this platform.

This AI-based platform is intended to listen to users’ questions and respond in the most suitable way.

Targeted for Jio’s 186 million subscriber base, with the JioInteract, the company will introduce the above-mentioned video services that promise to be a redefined experience to the customers.

  • Click on JioInteract icon inside the MyJio app
  • Start your video call and chat with Amitabh Bachchan
  • Additionally, subscribers can also share their video call experience with their family and friends using the “Share” option
