The search results are intended for informational purposes only and users should always consult a doctor for medical advice and treatment. As more and more people seek Google's advice first when it comes to health symptoms before visiting a doctor, Google India on Tuesday rolled out its feature called "Symptom Search" in India that lets users find quality health information on their smartphones. In collaboration with a team of doctors from Apollo Hospitals, the tech giant will add tailor-made information about commonly-searched symptoms in its Search.
When a user searches for symptoms like "cough and pain", the app will show a list of related conditions ("common cold, acute bronchitis, flu, pneumonia, chest infection"). For individual symptoms like "headache," the app -- currently available in English and Hindi -- will show digital cards, providing users with an overview description along with information on self-treatment options and what might warrant a doctor's visit "This is a significant trend and we are happy to have partnered on this initiative with Google. At Apollo Hospitals, we have always made optimal use of digital technology for the benefit of patients," Sangita Reddy, Joint Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, said in a statement. "With the launch of the 'Symptom Search Project', we aim to provide quality healthcare information which can be accessed by a billion Indians," Reddy added. Notably, the search results are intended for informational purposes only and users should always consult a doctor for medical advice and treatment, Google cautioned. Roughly one percent of searches on the search are symptom-related and with this, Google aims to help users navigate and explore health conditions related to various symptoms and quickly get to the point where they can talk to a health professional or do more in-depth research on the web. Has Ileana secretly tied the knot with her boyfriend as suggested by her Instagram post? Actress answers. Despite Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma never admitting to their relationship nor revealing their marriage plans, the whole world expected an announcement and were not caught off-guard when they finally tweeted the news.
However, that was not the case with Ileana D’Cruz and her boyfriend (or husband) Andrew Kneebone. In December last year, the actress shared a blurry picture of herself with a Christmas tree on Instagram, but the post giving photo credit to her ‘hubby’ set tongues wagging. The actress reacted to the post in a recent interview to a tabloid and the answer is maybe clearer or maybe not. “It’s exactly what you see. What’s great about the social media is that I can let people in to an extent but I don’t like talking about my past… How the relationship started and where… in interviews. It’s too personal. I won’t hide it and I won’t deny it. Everything is out there for everyone to see, don’t ask me too many questions about it. I’ll tell you what I want to tell you. Period,” Ileana told Mumbai Mirror. When probed further, she laughed and said, "Like I said, everything is out there, I don’t need to answer your question.” Andrew is an Australian photographer and while the topic of nepotism in Bollywood is always debated, Ileana has never thought about him joining the industry. “I don’t know, I’ve never asked him. That would be a really big move but I also know that he is someone who would love to do something like that. He’s taken some really cool pictures of Varun (Dhawan) and Alia (Bhatt) on a flight, Ranveer (Singh) and Salman (Khan) during a show I did with them. He’s great with photos but him moving here and making a career in Bollywood is something only Andrew can answer. I think he’ll totally be up for it!” she said. Not just the headline-grabbing Instagram post, Ileana’s profile is filled with numerous lovey-dovey moments with Andrew. The man, who is good with pictures is equally effective with his words, praising his love's work and even being honest with her during tough times. “He does (watch her films) and is amazingly honest. He spoils me with his compliments. He’s like, “You’re such an amazing actor, you’re really good!” and I’m like, 'You don’t have to say that just because you love me.' But I think he really means it and it means a lot to me because I know he is someone who will never lie even to me. Sometimes, I’m really upset if a film hasn’t done well and he’ll watch it and tell me what he felt was wrong. It matters to me what he thinks,” Ileana shared. Andrew will surely be looking forward to her next, ‘Raid’ opposite Ajay Devgn, which will hit the theatres on 16 March. As was only expected, the teaser has hit nearly 3 million views in record time. Riding on the success of the first song from Oru Adaar Love which has gone viral, the filmmakers have now released the teaser of the film. Even though Priya Prakash Varrier supposedly had only a small role in the film, Omar Lulu decided to give her one of the lead roles seeing her performance and the impact it has had on the audience. The teaser of the film features Priya and Roshan Abdul, the young man who was seen flirting with her in the Manikya Malaraya Poovi song which became unimaginably viral. In the teaser, Priya and Roshan are sitting in a classroom. Continuing with their exchange of glances and gestures, she "shoots" him a kiss and he pretends to fall dead. The teaser has crossed 2.8 million views on YouTube in less than a day, only adding to the fervour around Priya Prakash Varrier. The 18-year-old is a first year B.Com student at Vimala College, Thrissur while Roshan studies in ICA college. Roshan was one of the finalists in the Mazhavil Manorama D4 Dance show. This is the first film for both of them. Omar Lulu's last film was Chunkzz, an adult comedy. Though the film was panned by critics, it went on to do well at the box-office. Oru Adaar Love is supposedly a campus love story. The film is said to have five heroes and five heroines although that could change, given the popularity of the Priya-Roshan pair. The shooting of the film has been temporarily stopped and is expected to resume with a reworked script. Watch: A Hyderabad-based youth group claimed that it hurt Muslim sentiment because it is about Prophet Muhammad and his wife. A girl and boy are romancing but linking background with religious sentiments," said complainant Muqueet Khan. "I will not take back my complaint. Co-founder, chairman and CEO of Facebook’s personal net worth dropped by whopping 4.4 per cent. It seems that Mark Zuckerberg’s decision to change the way Facebook operates people’s news feeds did not go down to well for him. The move has cost him $3.3bn, with his personal net worth dropping by 4.4 per cent, it is believed.

Watch 'Police 2'!This is a must-watch for fans of both actors - watch them take on Aravind Swamy and Arun Vijay, the villains in this video. Ajith and Vijay are undoubtedly among the biggest stars in the Tamil film industry today. Both actors have an enormous fanbase and although they share a friendly relationship with each other, their fans are forever at each other's throats. The release of every film is accompanied by trolling from the other camp. But what if Ajith and Vijay came together for a cop film? And even better, what if it also starred Arvind Swamy and Arun Vijay? With some slick editing by Gokul Venkat, this video put together by GV Media Works (GV Prakash) is titled Police 2. The video has scenes from Theri, Yennai Arindhal, Jilla and Thani Oruvan. The film has both Ajith and Vijay playing cops and one shot even has both of them together! This is sure to give fans from both camps goosebumps as they hit back at the goons. Arun Vijay and Aravind Swamy play the villains who are pitched against the two cops. The last sequence has Arun Vijay targeting Ajith and Vijay coming in to the latter's aid. The film ends with Arun Vijay running and the words 'To Be Continued' appearing on screen, even as he vows to take revenge. The video has garnered over 7 lakh hits and several users have appreciated the team's efforts to bring together two of Tamil Nadu's most loved stars. In 2017, both Ajith and Vijay had released a press statement asking fans not to indulge in abuse. However, their releases last year - Vivegam as well as Mersal and Bairavaa saw fans from either camp unleashing memes and negative reviews as soon as the films hit the screens. Watch: In the video shot last year, he is seen requesting people not to drive under the influence of alcohol because ‘life is precious’. A day after popular Television anchor Pradeep Machiraju was booked by the Hyderabad police for driving his car under the influence of alcohol on New Year's Eve, an old video has returned to embarrass him. The short video-clip being circulated on social networking sites, was reportedly recorded earlier this year, and requested adults not to let minors drive, while also requesting those above the legal age, not to drink and drive. "To all the adults, I request everyone to not drink and drive because it leads to accidents which may end your life and someone else's as well. Your life is very precious. So please don't drink and drive, wear seat belt, wear helmet and follow the traffic rules. All these are meant for our safety and lets all follow them," Pradeep is seen saying in the video. Many social media users who are sharing the video, are pointing out the irony, that Pradeep himself got caught driving drunk. Watch the video below. Pradeep was caught by the police when they undertook a special drive to prevent drunken driving on New Year’s Eve.
His blood test showed he had 178 mg/ml, compared to the permissible limit of 30 mg/ml. "Since this is the first time Pradeep has been booked for drunk driving he will be let off after undergoing a counselling session and paying a fine. He might be needed to appear before the court if summoned," a police officer told ToI. Pradeep began his career as a Radio Jockey for Radio Mirchi before gaining fame with Konchem Touchlo Unte Chepta, a popular celebrity talk show on Zee Telugu. As part of the drive, the Hyderabad Police booked a record 2,499 people for drunken driving on New Year’s Eve. Out of the total 2,499 cases booked, 1,683 cases were registered by the Hyderabad Traffic Police, followed by 582 cases in Cyberabad. With 234 cases, Rachakonda saw the least number of violations. |
